What forms of payment do you accept?
We are grateful if you can pay in cash but also happily accept major credit and debit cards.

Are children allowed at the event?
No, during the presales children are not allowed. The exceptions are nursing/bottle fed infants under 12 months that can be carried and children 12 years and older.

Who shops at the event?
Moms, New & Expecting Moms, Grandparents, Teachers and any family with children age 0-18.

What is a presale, and who is eligible to attend a presale?
The presale is an EXCLUSIVE opportunity to shop at Just Between Friends BEFORE we open to the ‘general’ public.

Can I bring a stroller or wagon to the event?
Yes, strollers and wagons are allowed, however we reserve the right to tag your stroller/wagon on the way in and check it on the way out.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You can show us your ticket on your phone or bring your printed ticket.

What is the refund policy?
All merchandise purchased at the sale is FINAL, no returns or exchanges.

What is the 50% off sale?
During the half-price times (see schedule above) most remaining items are marked for an additional half-off their tagged price.

How often does this event happen?
We host this huge community event every March and September.

Where do all the items come from?
Families, just like yours, whose kids have outgrown them. Families price their items online and then deliver them to the event, freeing up space in their homes and making money in the process.
